Tinker ready to be adored
Tinker is a 3-year-old, 54-pound hound mix and a former mama who brings smiles to people’s faces.
She is in the care of Philadelphia’s Animal Care and Control, at 111 W. Hunting Park Ave. Her tag number is A33074976.
Tinker knows several commands, including “sit,” “paw,” “catch” and “touch.” She walks well on a leash and is playful with other dogs.
Adoption hours are weekdays from 1 to 8 p.m. and weekends from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Tom pro wrestler, snuggler
Tom was a kitten weakened from hunger and fleas, hiding under a tarp in a backyard when he was rescued.
After going into the care of Northeast Animal Rescue, he has filled out and grown into a healthy, playful and active kitten. He loves to hang out and wrestle with other cats in the house, and loves cuddling. He is deaf, but otherwise healthy. Tom, 7 months old, is neutered and current on vaccinations, and has tested negative for the feline immunodeficiency and leukemia viruses.
